“…I have known Ms Vanmale, known to us as Shiela (Aunty Shiela to my kids) for almost 10 years. She
has been a close family friend since meeting my wife years ago. She is a close confidant of my
children aged 18 and 10, and very often a shoulder to lean on.
Shiela is an efficient and extremely competent individual, that takes pride in whatever she does. She
has embarked on making her life fulfilled by helping others in all sorts of situations. Apart from
raising 2 daughters of her own, she has mothered most of her nieces and nephews. Her
communication skills are exemplary and at times very tactful.
In summary, I highly recommend Sheila as a coach, as she has the heart and soul for it…”

“…I have been a client of Sheila Van Mala attending Heal Your Life one on one sessions. My experience working with her was good. She listened and guided me through a challenging time in my life which contributed towards the progress I’ve made so far. Using the tools she gave me spiritually, I’ve overcome and persevered.
Thank you Sheila for your time and effort…”

“…I consider Sheila to be one of my closest friends. We go a long way back from school days at Sophia Convenient High School, India. We share similar backgrounds, hence its easy to describe my best friend.
Characteristics – Although Sheila is short in height, her body frame is athletic. Her openness and appreciation for a variety of experiences, she is sporty and adventurous, always keen on outdoor activities and enjoys being with nature. Hiking, retreats on farm or picnic in a park she is happiest. I consider Sheila to be very beautiful inside and out. What you see is what you get. No hidden agendas! Her stylish charisma attracts the opposite sex.Despite health issues and lack of sleep, the dark circles around her eyes, she will take time in grooming and looking presentable always. (Thanks to cosmetics for concealers) 😉 She carries herself well as a lady.
Personality – Sheila is a good role-model, a natural leader with low level of neuroticism and high level of agreeableness, extraversion energetic and talkative, openness and conscientiousness. She is ambitious and has a strong drive for success. A hard worker, sociable and respects her peers. As a mother, she is affectionate, compassionate, patient and loving. She is loyal and trustworthy as a friend. My admiration for her is that she is humble and selfless. Her sensitive nature to detect others emotions, pain or suffering gets her in a strong mode to motivate them. she is capable of giving good guidance. However, she needs to be kind to herself FIRST. Her vulnerability is her weakness. Specially her loved ones take advantage of her kind and gentle being. In today’s material world that is in chaos, there is still goodness left with people like Sheila. All she carves in life is love, respect and a sense of belonging. If these needs are met, she is a true GEM and a HAPPY being…”

For the longest time, Sheila has always had interest in life coaching. In the years I have known her, she has demonstrated exceptional skill and competence. From the first time I met Sheila, I have always been amazed by her passion in whatever she does.
Additionally, Sheila has an excellent rapport with everyone. She is enthusiastic, humble, and honest. Sheila has excellent communication skills, which helps her connect with people of all ages. Whenever there is an occasion at home, she is always called upon to speak because she is naturally articulate.
Sheila is cherished, and I am honored to have known her for this long. She is an intelligent, competent, dedicated, and a capable young lady…”

“…I started going to sessions unexpectedly and with in that time I’ve realised my point of view on things and problems in life was completely incorrect and Sheila helped change my view and I started to see things differently although my time spent with her was short it really helped change my perspective and understanding of things…”

“…The sessions were really helpful, insightful and allowed me to move forward with a lot of the issues I was faced. With the advice and the know-how to achieve helped me a lot. Every time I am challenged with issues I go back and self-reflect, write down the issues, and work step by step to achieve the goal – be it in a personal manner or in our marriage. Staying positive, being happy and living life to the fullest is one of the best things thought during the sessions. Thinking positively and willing about what you want and working towards that achievement that the heart desires. Prayer, determination and commitment to goals allows one to achieve it. The lessons thought me that…”

“…Individually: I honestly feel that Sheila has helped me in so many ways in looking at life and the challenges we face on a daily basis – to approach all that we face in a positive light. I had to change the way I think from being so negative to thinking positive, was difficult the first couple of weeks but as time went by – made it much easier to create my own positive way of thinking. Sheila thought me how to forgive myself including forgiving others and if I don’t make the change within myself now then my life will be this way probably even worse come to think of it if I never received the help. The work that was given to me to complete on how I felt my day was and to writing about all the things that had drained me to burning these bad memories in order to move forward helped me to accomplish the greater things in life itself. Appreciating those around me much more than I ever did before. And most importantly learning to love myself.
Couple: I feel the bond that my husband and I share now has grown vastly. From growing apart to growing closer to each other and appreciating what we fell in love with. The simplest question of how was your day? And to know that this person is my best friend whom I can confide in with anything and being able to talk freely and be ourselves. From being in a relationship which was being torn apart to being appreciated more and not expecting anything from each other. We do the things we want to do for each other out of love only without creating that negative thought of EXPECTATION and acknowledging the little things that we did not even appreciate or notice before the session. Before we could work on our marriage, we needed to work on ourselves and Sheila had given us homework to identify what we felt was lost and how did it come to that point and realizing that the answer was always there including identifying the emotions we feel and why we feeling this way.
Overall: Climbing my ladder for a better future – daily affirmations and reading “heal your life” and getting to know myself again. Sheila is a wonderful Life Coach who has so much to teach and coach people into helping them progress from within and is passionate in helping people. I know that we need to give it our all as well to make that change happen. Time is of the essence and we should appreciate ourselves and those around us including the time that Sheila had put aside to help us grow. Sheila listened carefully to what we had to say and when it was Sheila’s turn to speak – everything made more sense as she had provided us with greater understanding in helping us think out of the box instead of being stuck inbox with the same old ways. I appreciate all that Sheila has done to help us change our lives and the way we see life…”
